Instructions: download either of archives and unpack it to your Counter-Strike game folder (default: c:\Sierra\Half-Life\cstrike). Your unpacker may ask you if you wish to overwrite file named "pldecal.wad". Choose 'Yes' and that's it. If you change any of the player properties using "Customize" option chosen Counter-Strike logo will overwrite downloaded picture, so you'll have to do unpacking procedure again.

Instructions:download zip archive, unpack it to \gfx\shell folder of your Counter-Strike installation (default: c:\Sierra\Half-Life\cstrike\gfx\shell). Each archive contains bitmap that replaces original Counter-Strike logo.
